What an incredible day at Crossfit Tyneside! The atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish, with energy, determination, and plenty of smiles all around. From barbell lifts to box jumps, hilarious team names, the space was filled with people pushing their limits and cheering each other on.

We loved being part of this empowering event, showcasing just how strong our fitness community really is. It was amazing to meet so many like-minded people, share the Fitbox experience, and bring our signature goodies along for everyone to enjoy.
